Having lived in Northland for 20 years, I am still amazed at the beauty of the region and what it offers. I feel privileged to have access to this coastal and rural paradise.

After 10 years in the real estate business I continue to enjoy repeat business from past and present customers and clients. The importance of marketing and the process of negotiation, both essential parts of real estate, keep me upskilling and fresh in this constantly evolving marketplace.

From the time we appointed him to market our property he provided useful advice on how best to approach the sale. He also gave us a marketing calendar demonstrating what he planned to do and when. Each week a report was produced stating what had been completed and what was scheduled in the next week (a “Promise Report”), he also was in regular contact advising how things were progressing.
