We approached Trevor Staples of Harcourts, Kerikeri to handle the marketing of our rental property at 21D Shepherd Road. From the time we appointed him to market our property he provided useful advice on how best to approach the sale. He also gave us a marketing calendar demonstrating what he planned to do and when. Each week a report was produced stating what had been completed and what was scheduled in the next week (a “Promise Report”), he also was in regular contact advising how things were progressing. He answered any questions we had an gave us options where required. All documents (e.g. listing documents, Auction Pack etc) were presented to us for review and approval before going ahead. At all times we were fully involved, informed and consulted and kept up to date with progress.
