Jill began her career in the banking and finance industry in London , UK working for a head office Overseas Branch where she quickly rose through the ranks and learned the importance of professionalism, honesty and confidentiality- things that are still at the core of her being today. Jill's experience is in various roles - foreign securities and share settlements, staff admin and finally Corporate customer services.Jill then took a career break to bring up her young family whilst assisting in her husband's successful engineering business as a personal manager.
Jill then worked for an investment management company dealing with high net worth investor clients. In all her working roles Jill’s passion for customer care has always been at the fore and she truly believes that customers should expect and receive the highest level possible at all times. She is also a great believer in listening to what is most important to the people she deals with. Jill’s consultative style means she is always ready to discuss things fully and find the best way forward.Having moved to New Zealand 5 years ago work took Jill and her husband to Auckland where she worked in a role connected to Real Estate and also in retail and tourism in face to face roles meeting real people with real lives and situations and loved every minute of it.
