Hayden has a well-deserved reputation for being the go-to man in Business and Commercial real estate in the Bay of Islands.  He exclusively specialises in business and commercial property sales as well as leasing.  His strengths include his strong analytical skills, efficient organisation, dedication to providing quality service and this is enhanced by his friendly, open and engaging personality. Hayden grew up in Paihia and Kerikeri, giving him a good knowledge of the local market.  He has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Auckland and has worked as an officer in the RNZN.  He has travelled overseas using his engineering knowledge.
