New Zealand’s Bay of Islands is known by many locals as “The Lifestyle Capital of the World” – and we are proud to share our stunning area.
Kerikeri boasts its own special place and claims the title of “Cradle of the Nation”. With 144 islands, the Bay of Islands has a unique coastal environment, home to a huge variety of flora, fauna, ecology and conservation. The Bay of Islands is renowned internationally for its big-game sport fishing, incredible diving including wrecks HMNZS Canterbury and the Rainbow Warrior situated in the breathtaking Cavalli Islands. Kerikeri is a popular fishing, sailing and tourist destination.
Golf is also a major attraction, and it’s easy to see why. The Bay of Islands Golf Course is a championship course and the Waitangi Golf Club (Paihia) is equally as welcoming with its amazing sea views. For the serious golfers, Carrington and Kauri Cliffs are both world famous and challenging - not to mention spectacular!
Walking in the Bay of Islands is an exquisite and peaceful way to soak up the atmosphere of the area.
From the beautiful sheltered beaches, Kauri forests and glistening waterfalls and rivers, Kerikeri and the stunning Bay of Islands has lots to offer everyone, so come and join us.
